My Story

 Accounting has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mom, an accountant, introduced me to balancing books at a young age, and I loved every minute of it. That passion led me to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Fresno State—and now, I bring that same dedication to helping businesses like yours stay financially organized and thriving.

 With over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of businesses—from food services and manufacturing to healthcare and beyond. My background in both public, private, and non-profit accounting has given me valuable insight into different industries, helping me refine my skills and dive deeper into my passion: providing businesses with the financial clarity and support they need to succeed.

What I have found over the years is that I truly enjoy helping small businesses and non-profit organizations.  Many business owners come to me unsure of where to start, and I love working alongside them to identify their needs and create a solution. Whether it’s taking over daily accounting tasks so they can focus on growth or providing QuickBooks training to streamline their processes, I’m here to help. No matter the need, I take pride in becoming a trusted part of their team.

 One question I often get is, 'Why is your company called Baywood Bookkeeping when you’re not near the bay?' The answer goes back to my childhood. I grew up in a small town in New Jersey, in an area called Baywood. My love for the water and the fond memories of home made Baywood a natural choice when naming my business. It’s a name that represents my roots, my passion, and the steady, reliable service I bring to my clients.
